Results & publish
Releasing results, the protest window, the timing report, the penalty and the FIS file.
Results closes the race: release, documents, and the files the federation needs. Two chains: Documents, from the print format to the phone and A FIS race, from the calendar to Accepted by FIS.
- Documents, from the print format to the phoneHow a start list or results sheet gets its look, goes out with one press, reaches the phones, the public page and the email list, and ends in the archive.
- A FIS race, from the calendar to Accepted by FISThe codex from the FIS calendar, the points list, entries checked against it, the draw by the ICR, the penalty, the timing report, the files to FIS and the TD's cross-check.
- Results & publishStep 7 of the seven: the results sheets and their release, the post-race FIS paperwork, and closing the event.
- ResultsThe race's results sheets — Results, Run ranking, Run analysis — their columns, the PDF, and the buttons that release them.
- Release resultsOne press puts a sheet on the live surfaces, the public pages, the phones and the email list; release again replaces it, withdraw takes it back.
- Mark: this race has resultsYour own switch that says a race is finished — it turns the picker dot red and asks before anyone edits the race.
- Timing reportThe FIS Timing and Data Technical Report (TDTR) for a race, in four steps, filled from the Timing Desk and saved as XML.
- Penalty calculationThe race penalty from the best 10 at the finish and the best 5 at the start, with the FIS list's own parameters — editable per race.
- Submit to FISBuild the results XML and the timing report XML for a race, check the gates, and email them to FIS — then record FIS's acceptance.
- Archive an eventSeal a finished event read-only and move it to Archived — after the final checklist is all green.
- Archived eventsThe club's sealed events: filter by venue, season, discipline and type, and open a read-only dossier.
