Bibs & start lists

The draw, seeding, start lists and the documents the TD needs.

Once the field is checked, the draw gives every competitor a bib and a start order, and the start lists go out.

  1. Bibs & start listsStep 4: draw the start order, give out the bibs, print the start lists and the TD's papers, lock the numbers once they are on paper.
  2. Draw rulesThe built-in ANC Cup draw spelt out step by step, your own saved rules, and the AI builder that turns a sentence into a rule set.
  3. Seeding & start orderThe FIS and ANC articles behind the draw, by race level: first group, second run, intervals, Cup first group and special seeds.
  4. Assign special seedsANC Cup races only: check the field for special seeds (200 Cup points) and give them their bibs; everyone else is drawn on the draw screen.
  5. Draw — start order & bibsGive every checked competitor a start order and a bib: pick the rule, draw, number — per race.
  6. Lock bibsA safety catch on one race's bib numbers so nothing changes them by accident. It locks the numbers and nothing else, and one press lifts it.
  7. Live draw wallShow one race's draw live — on the club's phones, the public page and the big screen — as you number it, one reveal at a time.
  8. Start listsThe run 1 and run 2 start lists as printed sheets: your columns, the race's own copy, Print PDF, Release, Withdraw, and the upload to the live boards.
  9. TD documents & meeting minutesThe file pool you share with the TD, and the team captains' meeting minutes, auto-filled from the event and filed as a PDF.
  10. Export to TimingWhen external timing software times the race: write the race day's .spro race files, with the club's logos, into your race-files folder.
