What it's for

Bibs & start lists is step 4 of the rail: The draw, the numbers, the sheets. It opens on the Draw screen for the Active race. The draw stores a start order; 🎫 Assign Bibs turns that order into numbers; the Start lists sheet prints and releases it.

Two things to know before you press anything:

  • Only green-ticked competitors are drawn. The tick is set on Manage Competitors; a pale row is not in the field.
  • Everything here is per race — one gender on one day. The draw, the bibs, the bib lock and the live draw all follow the Active race in the bar at the top.

On the draw screen itself: Lock bibs (top right) and the live draw switch.

Before you start

  • The field checked and green-ticked on Manage Competitors; CHECK at 0.
  • The race's rule known: a plain FIS draw, the ANC Cup draw, or one of your own saved rules (Draw rules).

What success looks like

The draw screen's footer reads start order drawn · bibs assigned for every race of the day, the start lists are released, and the bibs are locked before the numbers go to the start.
