Delete all competitors
Empty one race day's field — men, women or everyone — after typing DELETE to confirm. Not reversible.
What it's for
Start a race day's field again from nothing: a wrong import, a test list, a day that was copied by mistake. It removes competitors from the picked day only — their entries, matches and uploaded links — and other race days keep theirs.
Before you start
- The Active race on the day you mean. The dialog names the day in capitals; read it.
- To remove one athlete reversibly, withdraw them in Modify competitor instead.
Steps
- Open Entries › Delete all competitors. The Delete competitors dialog opens.
Choose men, women or everyone, then type DELETE - Choose what to delete: the men's race (with its count), the women's race, or Everyone (both genders).
- Type DELETE in the confirm box.
- Press 🗑 Delete all Men (the button names what you chose).
What success looks like
The counters on Manage Competitors read 0 for that race and the other day's lists are untouched.
If something goes wrong
- The button stays grey: the confirm box does not read DELETE exactly.
- You deleted the wrong day: there is no undo. Bring the field back with Copy from another race or the Inbox's Imported forms (re-import).
