What it's for

Before you tell the coaches the list is ready, look at it as they will. Coach view opens the coaches' side of Race Relay in a new tab, signed in as you: the same race-day cards, the same athlete rows, the same Racing / Not racing answers. Anything you claim or pull there carries your name.

Before you start

Steps

  1. Open Entries › Coach view. A new tab opens, headed Coach view — you are operating as NAME.
The published race days, as the coaches see them
    Coach view
  2. Read the banner: it counts the events not on this screen, because their lists are not published and locked.
  3. Use 🔍 Find another race / ROC to switch club, and the day cards to open a list.
  4. Press ← Back to the Timer dashboard to return.

What success looks like

The day you published is on the screen with every athlete the coaches should see, and nothing you did not publish.

If something goes wrong

  • The day is missing: it is unlocked. Lock it on the bar under Manage Competitors and it comes straight back.
  • You see an athlete the coaches should not: withdraw them on Manage Competitors (unlock, change, lock again).
