What it's for

When FIS moves a race in the calendar, the event here should follow. This press reads the FIS calendar for every codex on the event and moves a race day to match. The codex stays with its race; competitors, bibs and results are untouched.

Before you start

  • A FIS event with codices on its races (Event info).

Steps

  1. Open Entries › Refresh event from FIS. The sheet asks Check the FIS calendar now?
    One press reads the calendar
The Refresh event from FIS sheet
  2. Press Refresh from FIS. The sheet reports what moved, or that nothing changed.
  3. Press Close (or Check again).

What success looks like

The race days in Event info match the FIS calendar, and the message on the sheet says so.

If something goes wrong

  • The sheet reports an error: FIS did not answer, or a codex is not on the calendar. Check the codex in Event info and try again.
