Crew

Volunteers, coaches and the people who make race day work.

Crew is everyone on the hill who is not a competitor: volunteers, coaches and the event group they talk in. Two chains run through it: Volunteers, from the directory to the season report and Coaches, from the invite to race day.

  1. Volunteers, from the directory to the season reportThe club directory, the per-day roster, the public sign-up link, attendance on the day, the messages into Race Relay, and the report for the committee.
  2. Coaches, from the invite to race dayInvite by QR or email, the coach's sign-in on the phone, claiming athletes and answering Racing, the pay sheet, the Coaches chat, and a DQ list with a protest.
  3. CrewStep 2 of the rail: the volunteers, coaches and access of the people who run your event.
  4. VolunteersYour club's people directory: who you can call on, their contact details and the positions they do.
  5. Volunteer rosterThe positions each race day needs, who holds each one and the backup, and the public sign-up link.
  6. Sign-ups & attendanceWhat volunteers see on the public sign-up page, and how you tick attendance on the day.
  7. Volunteer reportWho volunteered, in which roles, on how many days — for this event or the whole season — with thank-you emails.
  8. CoachesThe coaches on this event, how many athletes each has claimed, and the door to invite more.
  9. Invite coachAdd a coach to the event by email, or let them scan a QR code and land in Race Relay.
  10. Un-claimed athletesRacers in the event that no coach has claimed yet, so you can chase a coach.
  11. GroupsThe Race Relay groups for the event, who is in each, invite links, and clearing chats.
  12. PeopleOne card per person in the whole club: their groups, events and devices, club-admin status, and removal.
  13. Profile accessEveryone with access to your events — coaches, timers, TDs — with what each one sees, and the TD's read-only or edit switch.
