People
One card per person in the whole club: their groups, events and devices, club-admin status, and removal.
What it's for
People is the club's own list of everyone connected to it, one card each. The name lives on the person; their phones and chat seats sit underneath. From here you make or demote a club admin, ban a person, or remove them from the club in one act — every chat on every device plus their coach, timer or TD access — ending in a verified receipt. Their account and their other clubs are untouched.
Before you start
- You are a club admin (the CLUB ADMIN badge on your own card).
Steps
- Open Crew › People. Each card shows the person's groups, events, device count and roles.
One card per person, the whole club - Press ⬆ Make club admin to give a person the admin role, or ⬇ Demote to take it away.
- Press 🚫 Ban to block a person; press it again to confirm.
- Press 🗑 Remove from club… to take a person out of every chat and every access they hold here; press it again to confirm. The receipt confirms what was removed.
What success looks like
The list matches the people who should be in the club this season, and the admins are the committee members who run it.
If something goes wrong
- You removed the wrong person: invite them again through the group link or Invite coach; their account still exists.
- You cannot see Demote on your own card: the club dashboard sign-in always remains your way back in, even with no admin left in the app.
