What it's for

One card per person who can reach your events from outside the club account — a coach, a timer, a TD — with a plain line on what they see and can do. A TD is Read-only by default: they mirror your competitor list and event information, see the documents shared into the TD / jury pool, file FIS forms and raise alerts, but never change your data. Switch them to Edit to let them correct the competitor list. A timer runs timing on the events you appoint them to.

Before you start

Steps

  1. Open Crew › Profile access. Each card shows the role (TD, TIMER), the email, and the scope — one event or all your events.
Read-only or Edit for a TD; Remove access
    Profile access cards
  2. On a TD's card press Edit to let them correct the competitor list, or Read-only to take that back.
  3. Press Remove access to end a person's access. You can also drop them from the Race Relay chats at the same time.

What success looks like

Every TD and timer for the season is listed with the right scope, and no TD has Edit unless you gave it on purpose.

If something goes wrong

  • A coach is on the wrong event: take them off under Coaches › Remove, not here.
  • Who is in which chat is managed under Groups and on the phone, not here.
