What it's for

One page for the people on the club's account. PEOPLE lists everyone with their level and status; INVITE adds someone by email at a level; ACCESS LEVELS holds the built-in levels (Admin, Full Race Bureau, ROC, Timer) and the club's own named ones; Invited to events lists outside timers and TDs invited per event (read-only here, managed on the event); the last card is the log of every Race Bureau support visit into the club.

The club's creator is its SUPER ADMIN. Only a super admin changes levels, makes admins, removes people and edits the club's levels; a plain admin invites at an existing non-admin level only. The page draws only what you may do.

Before you start

  • You are an admin of the club's account (a super admin for anything beyond inviting).
  • The person's email address.

Steps

  1. Open Settings › the group named after your club › Team & access.

    Team & access
  2. To invite someone: under INVITE, type the Email, pick the Access level (Admin shows only for a super admin) and press Send invitation. The person appears under PEOPLE as Invited until they accept.
  3. To change someone: press Change on their row, pick the Access level (and, for Admin, the Super admin switch), then Save. Send again resends an unaccepted invitation. Remove asks Really? before it removes them.
  4. To make a club level: under ACCESS LEVELS, press + New level, type a Name (for example Treasurer) and press Create; set each step and screen in the grid to Off or On and press Save. Rename and Delete sit on each club level; deleting a level with people on it asks where to Move them to. Under MY VIEW each person picks the level they work with themselves.
  5. Invited to events lists each outside TD or timer with their event and Invited / Active; change those on the event itself.

What success looks like

The invited person signs in and sees only the steps their level opens; a club level you made is offered in the Access level list the next time you invite.

If something goes wrong

  • You cannot see Change or Remove: you are not the club's super admin.
  • The person needs their own club account rather than a seat on yours: they sign up at racebureau.com instead, see Create your account.
