What it's for

Entry forms emailed the old way. Every club has its own entries address at entries.racebureau.com; forms sent there are read automatically, scanned attachments included, and land in your Inbox with the athletes parsed. You decide which event each athlete enters. The Entry-intake monitor sets how often the address is checked.

Steps

  1. Open Settings › Entries › Entries by email.
The address, and the intake monitor
    Entries by email
  2. Press Copy address.
  3. In the inbox where your entries arrive, set forward a copy to this address; you still get them in your own inbox. Paste the same address into FIS Calendar Manager as your Entries Email.
  4. Under CHECKING FOR ENTRIES, leave Entry-intake monitor on Auto (daily while entries are open, hourly on the last day) or pick Custom, then press Save.

What success looks like

A forwarded entry form shows up in your Inbox with the athletes read out of it, ready to place on an event.

If something goes wrong

  • TBC: under Custom, the dates and frequency boxes are shown but the page says only the Auto/Custom choice saves today.
