Branding & logos
The club's logo library, and which logos print on official documents.
What it's for
Every logo the club uses, in one list. Each logo ticked Use on documents prints on the official documents: programme, start lists, results and TD reports. Add as many as you like; sponsors and affiliations each get their own row.
Steps
- Open Settings › the group named after your club › Branding & logos.
One row per logo, each with its own Use on documents tick - On a row, type the logo's name and its role (for example primary, or affiliation / sponsor).
- Press Upload and choose a PNG or JPG. It is resized for you. Replace swaps the image; × clears it.
- Tick Use on documents on every logo that should print.
- + Add another logo adds a row; Remove takes one away (shown once there is more than one row).
- Press Save logos. The whole list is saved as it stands.
What success looks like
The next start list or results sheet prints the ticked logos; an unticked logo stays in the library and off the paper.
If something goes wrong
- You removed a row but it is still printing: removal takes effect at Save logos.
