Coaches
The coaches on this event, how many athletes each has claimed, and the door to invite more.
What it's for
Coaches lists every coach with access to this event: name, nation, email, phone and how many ATHLETES they have claimed in Race Relay. A coach sees their athletes' entries, start lists and results in the app and confirms who is racing. From here you invite a coach, see who has signed up, and remove one.
Before you start
- An event open.
Steps
- Open Crew › Coaches. The table COACHES 🎿 says how many are on this event.
Name, nation, email, phone, athletes, access - Press ✉ Invite coach to add one — see Invite coach.
- Press Signed up (N) to see the coaches who joined through the sign-up link (name, nation, email).
- Press Un-claimed athletes (N) to see racers no coach has claimed — see Un-claimed athletes.
- To take a coach off this event, press Remove under ACCESS on their row.
What success looks like
Every team's coach is on the list before entries close, and the ATHLETES counts add up to the field, so nobody is un-claimed on race morning.
If something goes wrong
- A coach says they cannot see the event: they are not on this list. Invite them, or check Profile access.
- The wrong person has coach access: Remove here; their chats are handled under Groups.
