Invite coach
Add a coach to the event by email, or let them scan a QR code and land in Race Relay.
What it's for
Two ways to bring a coach in. Send an invite to a name and email, or show them the QR code: they scan it, enter name, email and nation on their phone, and land in your Coaches group and on this race.
Before you start
- The coach's email, or the coach next to you with their phone.
Steps
- Open Crew › Invite coach. The Invite a coach dialog opens over the Coaches list.
Search, name and email, or the QR code - Type in the search box to find an existing coach — your club's coaches by name, anyone by their exact email — and pick them.
- Or enter Coach name and Email and press Send invite. The coach gets an email with their link.
- Or let the coach scan the QR code with their phone camera. They sign up with name, email and nation and arrive in Race Relay in your Coaches group with this race open.
- Copy sign-up link gives you the same link to paste into a message.
What success looks like
The coach appears in the COACHES 🎿 table (and under Signed up when they used the link), and they can see the event in Race Relay.
If something goes wrong
- The invite email has not arrived: check the address on the Coaches row, then send again.
- The coach landed in the app but sees no race: they joined a different club's link. Send yours.
