TD documents & meeting minutes
The file pool you share with the TD, and the team captains' meeting minutes, auto-filled from the event and filed as a PDF.
What it's for
One screen, two halves. TD documents is the pool the TD reads from their own profile — homologation certificates, the programme, the medical plan — and what the TD files back (TD report, minutes) shows here too; every official results sheet the Timer releases joins the list by itself. Meeting minutes is the team captains' meeting record for the race day, auto-filled from the event, saved, shared with the TD and printed.
Before you start
- A TD invited to the event (Invite TD).
- Files as PDF where you can: PDFs preview in the browser; Word and other files download to open in their own app.
Steps
- Open Bibs & start lists › TD documents & meeting minutes under Team Captains' Meeting.
The shared pool above, the minutes below - Under TD documents 📄 press ⬆ Share a file with the TD and pick the file. It appears in the TD's profile under Documents and stays with the event for next season's TD. ↻ Reload picks up what the TD has filed back.
- Under Meeting minutes — this race choose Race minutes (this race day) or Event minutes (the whole event). Auto-filled from the event: event, venue, dates, Technical Delegate.
- Fill in Jury (Referee · Race Secretary · Chief of Timing), Meeting (time & place) and Decisions / notes.
- Press Save minutes. Then 📄 Share with the TD files a PDF of the minutes into the same pool, and ⬇ Generate minutes PDF downloads it.
What success looks like
The TD sees the files and the minutes PDF under Documents in their profile; the line under the minutes no longer reads 🕑 Not saved yet.
If something goes wrong
- The TD cannot see a file: they are not invited to this event, or the invite is still pending (Invite TD).
- A released results sheet is missing from the pool: it was withdrawn; withdraw takes it out, release puts it back.
