Documents
The shared event pool: what the organiser shares, what you file back, the required-document slots, and the organiser's TD archive.
What it's for
One pool of files per event. The organiser shares what you need (homologation certificates, programmes, medical plan); you upload what you file back (TD report, minutes, filled official forms); every official results sheet the timer releases lands here by itself and leaves again if it is withdrawn. Under the pool, Required documents — verification is your ICR 601.4.9.1 check: seven slots (Homologation booklet, Liability-insurance certificate, Medical / rescue plan, Race programme / invitation, Official results, TD Report (filed), Jury minutes (signed)) that go green when a file is linked to them. At the foot, TD archive — this ROC, previous events lists what earlier TDs of this organiser filed.

What success looks like
Every required-document card shows ✓ with a View button before the first start, and the official results cards fill as the timer releases each race.
If something goes wrong
- A slot stays amber although the file is in the pool: it is not linked yet; pick the slot in the row's — link to… box.
- The ↪ Push fields to race-file Header button on the homologation card is disabled: that step is not built yet.
