What it's for

The during- and after-race duty set (ICR 601.4.9.2 and .3), as four official FIS forms opened live from fis-ski.com in a popup: TD Report (601.4.9.3, submits to Alpine@fis-ski.com), Additional Report (Courses), TD Accident Report (confidential) and FIS Injury Report (ICR 1107). The filed PDF stays with the event and in the organiser's TD archive. The timing report and the penalty check the TD Report asks about are on Official documents.

Steps

  1. Open Reports & Records from the side menu.
    The four FIS report forms
    Reports & Records
  2. Press 📝 Fill in the official FIS TD Report (or the other form's button). Fill it in the popup and press Save; a flat form takes the completed copy as an upload in the same popup.
  3. The filed copy lists under the card for the active race day. Link it to the TD Report (filed) slot on Documents.

What success looks like

The TD Report is filed under its card and the TD Report (filed) card on Documents is green.

If something goes wrong

  • The buttons are disabled: open one of your assigned events first.
