What it's for

The exact list the organiser and timer see, with the same columns, filters and custom fields, following the ACTIVE RACE. The chip beside the title reads ROC view, read-only or edit access — you can correct the list. With edit access you can withdraw and reinstate, modify details, delete, mark paid and override FIS points; a published-and-locked day stays read-only until the organiser or timer unlocks it. Two tools sit under the door in the side menu: Competitor fields (which columns you see; the field set itself is the organiser's) and Check Quota (the live per-nation picture, read-only for the TD).

Steps

  1. Open Competitor Management from the side menu.
The field of the active race; the chip says read-only or edit
    Competitor Management
  2. Use Columns & Filters above the table to choose what the list shows.
  3. Press Check Quota under the door to see entries per nation against the caps.
  4. With edit access, use the row actions the organiser has: the server re-checks your assignment, the grant and the day lock on every change.

What success looks like

The count above the table matches the organiser's, and the FIS points list line names the list version in use.

If something goes wrong

  • The line beside the points list reads possibly outdated: the list the organiser loaded is older than the valid one. Raise it with the organiser; the TD does not load lists.
