What it's for

The record of each race of the event, read-only, one card per race. Each card lists Start list Run 1, Start list Run 2 (and later runs), Results, Penalty calculation, a hand-time calculation when one was done, FIS results file and Timing report. Every released version is kept; the newest reads Latest. Each row carries a small status note: green Official / Official results / Penalty valid / Timing report valid / Accepted by FIS, red Not released yet / Not calculated yet / Not produced yet, neutral Waiting for FIS, amber Accepted by FIS · no copy kept.

Nothing here is invented: a document that was never released, produced or sent shows its gap. A FIS file shows only once FIS accepted it; while the organiser is still sending it the row reads Waiting for FIS.

Steps

  1. Open Official documents from the side menu.
One card per race, every document with its status note
    Official documents
  2. Press View on a start list or results row to open the released copy.
  3. Press View on Penalty calculation to open the saved penalty sheet in a popup; Close returns.
  4. Press View on Timing report to read it on screen as the wizard's pages, PDF to open it as a PDF, or Download for the file. View on a FIS results file shows the XML as readable lines.

What success looks like

After the race every row on the card is green: results released, penalty valid, FIS results file accepted, timing report valid.

If something goes wrong

  • Accepted by FIS · no copy kept: FIS accepted the file but the send did not keep it and no saved copy exists, so there is nothing to open. The acceptance itself still stands.
  • A penalty row reads FIS … · ours … in amber: the two differ and FIS's value is the race's penalty; see Timing report and penalty check.
