Jury & Minutes
The official FIS forms you chair the Jury with: Protest, Minutes of Jury Decisions (with and without protests), Report by the Referee, filled in a popup and filed with the event.
What it's for
Four cards, each opening the genuine, current FIS form from fis-ski.com in a popup: Protest (ICR 641–647), Minutes of Jury Decisions — without protests, Minutes — with protests (224.7) and Report by the Referee (601.4.6). You fill the form inline; Save files the completed PDF with the event. Filed copies list under each card for the active race day, in Documents, and in the organiser's TD archive for the next TD. The jury itself is entered on Race Information.
Before you start
- An event open and the right race on the ACTIVE RACE card: every form is per race day.
Steps
- Open Jury & Minutes from the side menu.
Four official FIS forms, filed copies under each - Press 📝 Fill in the official FIS Protest form (or the Minutes or Referee button). The form opens in a popup.
- Fill it in and press Save. A flat form takes the completed copy as an upload inside the same popup.
- The filed copy appears under the card with its time; open it from there or from Documents.
What success looks like
The filed PDF is listed under the card for that race day, and the Jury minutes (signed) slot on Documents can be linked to it.
If something goes wrong
- The buttons are disabled: open one of your assigned events first.
- The form will not open: FIS republishes its documents under new links now and then; the button re-finds the current edition on the FIS documents page. Try again in a moment.
