Run Sheet
The organiser's Run Sheet for the event, day by day, which you and the organiser edit together.
What it's for
The same Run Sheet the organiser plans the day on, mounted on the TD screen with your rights. Pick the RACE DAY, set discipline, genders, run order, courses and runs, type the first start time and the whole day appears: both runs, every gender, inspection, forerunners and the end of the day. The Calculator (Easy or Advanced) sets starters and the break between runs. Place, jury & notes go straight onto the printed Program. It is a standalone planning document: saving it changes nothing on the live boards or the phone program.
Before you start
- An event open. The sheet opens on the event's days.
Steps
- Open Run Sheet from the side menu.
The day's timeline, the calculator, the Program preview - Pick the RACE DAY and type the first start time. Drag a run block to move it; moving Run 1 re-calculates Run 2 and the rest of the day.
- Fill PLACE & TIME, JURY, COURSE SETTERS and the NOTES ROWS. The jury and course setters are read live from Race Information; Save sends your changes back and lists anything it would replace first.
- READY TO PUBLISH? names every empty box. Then, in order: 1 · 💾 Save run sheet, 2 · 📤 Push to comms (ROC / Jury).
- 👁 Open full preview and 🖨 Save as PDF give the printed Program (Men, Women or Both).
What success looks like
The Program preview at the foot shows the day with no ! marks left, and the organiser sees your changes on their own Run Sheet.
If something goes wrong
- The transfer-to-Header button the timer has is not here: that step is the timer's only.
