Run sheet
The day's timetable: start times per run and gender, inspection and entry-closed times, and the printed Program.
What it's for
The Run sheet is the race day's clock. You set the first start time and the shape of the day (genders, run order, courses, runs); the calculator works every other time back from it — inspection, entries closed, coaches on place, forerunners, and the second run after the break. The right-hand PROGRAM is the FIS-style programme sheet that prints and goes to the Race Relay groups.
The jury and course setters on the programme are read from Header info.
Before you start
- The race day picked under RACE DAY at the top of the screen.
- The first start time, and roughly how many competitors per gender (the sheet reads them from the entries).
Steps
- Open Set up › Run sheet and pick the day under RACE DAY.
The shape of the day on the left, the timeline and the Program on the right - Set the day's shape: Discipline, Genders running (1 gender or Men + Women), Run 1 order (Men first / Women first), Run 2 order (Same / Flip), Courses (One / Two), Runs (1 / 2) and Para (Off / On).
- Type the first start under Start time · Men Run 1 (or Women, if they run first). Every other time is recalculated. Drag a run block on the Timeline to move a run on its own; moving Run 1 recalculates Run 2 and the rest of the day.
- Check the Calculator. Easy reads competitors from the entries; Advanced lets you set Men · competitors, Women · competitors, Run 1 DNF + DSQ (%) and Break between runs (min). The Run 1 and Run 2 tables show each row's rule and the times it produced; type over a cell to fix one by hand.
- Under Place, jury & notes, fill in the PLACE & TIME rows (Radios, Lift open, Warm-up & training area, Jury inspection, Prize-giving ceremony) and the NOTES ROWS. These go straight onto the Program and never move with the calculator.
- Read READY TO PUBLISH? — it lists every empty row the programme still needs.
- Press 1 · 💾 Save run sheet, then 2 · 📤 Push to comms (ROC / Jury) to post the programme to the Race Relay groups.
- Under PROGRAM, choose Men, Women or Both, press 👁 Open full preview to read it, and 🖨 Save as PDF to print it.
What success looks like
READY TO PUBLISH? shows a ✓ on every line, the Program carries the jury, setters and every time, and the sheet's header reads what was sent and when instead of Nothing sent yet.
If something goes wrong
- The course setter is blank on the Program: enter them under Header info › COURSESETTER for Run 1 and Run 2, save, then come back.
- A time is wrong for one run only: edit that cell in the Run 1 / Run 2 table; the rest of the day is left alone.
- The gap between runs is too short: raise Break between runs (min) under Advanced — it includes the lift return at the venue.
