Officials, start times, inspection and forerunner times for the day; admins adjust or re-plan from the phone.

What it's for
The Program tab is the day's run sheet on the phone. Everyone in an event group reads it; the club's admins change it, and the change reaches every phone.
What you see
- OFFICIALS — TD, Referee, Chief of Race and the course setters per run.
- START TIMES — one row per race of the day, Run 1 and Run 2. A time changed in the last 24 hours prints green as Start Run 1. A cancelled or postponed race prints its word, and Date TBC where the times were.
- INSPECTION · FORERUNNERS — per race and run. Inspection opens 45 minutes and closes 15 minutes before a start; forerunners 5 minutes before, unless set by hand (✎).
- N changes since you last looked — what moved since you last opened the tab, pushed by the organiser. Tap Got it.
- 🗓 The race day moved — now showing <day> when the day rolled under you. Tap to dismiss.
For club admins
The tab opens read-only. A toggle at the top switches Program to ✎ Adjust the day:
- Tap ✎ Adjust the day. Each start gets −5 · −1 · +1 · +5 nudges.
- Tap Publish to everyone. Every phone in the event's group gets the change and the changes since you last looked card.
- 🗓 Re-plan the day — the day on one clock, a lane per gender. Tap a run to say when it started and when its last racer was across; everything after it re-flows, or tick Hold the rest of the day as is. Move everything after now by … is the wind hold. Publish to everyone lists the changes first; Also post in the event chat is on by default.
- Hold a time to change one slot: Move everything with it, Just this time, Recalculate the day (run 1 only) or 🗑 Clear time. An inspection or forerunner time gets Save and Back to automatic.
- Hold the officials line to change TD, Referee, Chief of Race and the setters.
- 🚪 Gate counts — Gates and Turns per race and run, admins only.
- 📋 Header details — the race's Header Info, for club admins and the event's TD (see Technical Delegate).
What success looks like
After Publish to everyone, the other phones show the new times, and the moved start prints green.
If something goes wrong
- Not saved — only a club admin can change the program — this phone is not an admin of the club on screen.
- No race day found for this club — the club has no race today or ahead; the organiser activates the event first.
