What it's for

Notes are private to you until you post one. A gate judge, coach or jury member writes what they saw, then decides later what to share.

  2. Type in Write a private note… and tap + Add note, or tap 🎤 Record, speak, and tap ● Stop.
  3. To share one, tap ↗ Post to chat on the note and pick the group. Delete removes it.

A note on a competitor

On the Live tab, long-press a competitor (crew members only: organiser, coaches, volunteers, jury). The note is tagged 🏷 #bib NAME · Run, a red Note marker sits on that racer, and the note is listed on the Docs tab under the current race. Hold the note there for ✎ Edit note or 🗑 Delete note. Notes belong to the race and the club they were written in; they do not show on another race.

What success looks like

The note is under Your notes with its time; a posted note appears in the group's chat with your name.
