What it's for

Each phone, computer or browser you have joined from counts as one device. The installed app and a browser tab on the same machine are two. Retiring a device takes it out of your chats and documents; your account, your races and everybody else are untouched.

Steps

  1. Tap 👤 › This app › 📱 Your devices › Manage ›.
    Screenshotrelay/devices-01.png
Your devices, with the one you are holding marked THIS DEVICE
  2. Each card shows the device's name, when it first joined, when it last read a message, its clubs and how many groups it is in. THIS DEVICE marks the one you are holding.
  3. Tap Retire this device on an old one, then Yes — remove this device from all N groups.

What success looks like

Device retired — N memberships dropped. The card is gone, and the club's member list no longer counts that device.

If something goes wrong

  • That is the device you are using — it cannot be retired from itself. Retire it from another device.
  • A retired device can always join again from a link or QR code.
