What it's for

The Live tab shows the timing feed for one race: who is on course, who is next, the standings, and the live draw while the timer seeds the field.

Live: the race name, its status pill and the standings
The Live tab during a race

Steps

  1. Tap Live on the bottom bar. The title is the race the app follows; the pill beside it reads LIVE, TODAY, UPCOMING or RESULTS.
  2. To change race, tap RACES ▾ on the race bar. Today & next lists today's races and the next day; All lists every race. With several clubs, pick the club first.
  3. Tap a race. Live, Docs and Program all follow it. ‹ and › on the race bar step to the previous and next race.

A crew member (organiser, coach, volunteer or jury) can long-press a competitor to write a note on them; see Notes.

A small marker on the Live tab flashes while a live draw is on; open Live to watch it.

What success looks like

Times appear as the timer streams them. The race's pill turns LIVE when the race is armed and RESULTS once results are declared.

If something goes wrong

  • NOTHING UPLOADED YET — the timer has not streamed this race. It appears the moment they do; nothing to do on your side.
  • NO LIVE TIMING RUNNING — no race is armed for this club today.
  • The wrong club's race is showing: the race bar follows the race you picked; open RACES ▾ and pick the club and race you want.
