What it's for

The TD's landing page. My assigned events lists every event you are currently the TD for, with the organiser, dates, discipline, how you were assigned (FIS feed or ROC invite) and status. Below it, Past & other events of this ROC — read-only lists the archived events of the clubs that invited you: open any one to read what happened and copy documents out, but nothing there can be changed. A live event you were not invited to is not listed at all.

Steps

  1. Open Events from the side menu (you land here after sign-in).
My assigned events, then the read-only archive
    Events
  2. Press Open ▸ on the event you are working. The first row's button is the primary one.
  3. To switch events later, use the event line in the page header (the event switcher) or come back to Events.

What success looks like

The event's name, organiser and dates sit in the page header, the ACTIVE RACE card names its first race, and the side menu's race screens open.

If something goes wrong

  • The list reads No current assignments: FIS has not assigned you yet, or the organiser's invitation has not been accepted. On a FIS race the assignment follows the FIS calendar; otherwise ask the organiser to invite you.
  • A past event opens read-only: that is by design. Only your live invited event is writable.
