Archived events
The club's sealed events: filter by venue, season, discipline and type, and open a read-only dossier.
What it's for
Archived events lists every event the club has sealed, as read-only dossiers. Your current TD can read these and their documents; editing stays on the events they are assigned to. The same list opens from My events › Archived with its count.
Steps
- Open Results & publish › Archived events.
Filters above, one card per sealed event - Narrow the list with All venues, All seasons, All disciplines and All event types. Clear resets them.
- Press Open dossier on an event (or double-click its card) to read it. The header reads Sealed — read-only.
- Press Back to Archived to return, and ↻ Refresh to re-read the list.
What success looks like
The event you sealed is on the list with sealed and its date, and its dossier opens with the results, documents and header as they were.
If something goes wrong
- No archived events match: change or clear the filters.
- You must correct a sealed event: inside the dossier press Edit this archived event, then Yes, edit this archived event. The event opens for editing for a limited time, every change is recorded in the archive journal, and Done editing closes it again.
